            <description><![CDATA[<br><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>
Manage end-to-end billing and collections for assigned attorneys and client portfolios, partnering closely with legal, pricing, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing, strong client relationships, and improved financial performance.<br> 

<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>

&#9;<br>Own full-cycle billing and collections for assigned client and attorney portfolios<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Advise attorneys and clients on billing structures, portfolio updates, and collection strategies<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Establish and manage alternative fee arrangements including discounts, fee caps, fixed fees, and matter budgets<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and e-billing requirements from engagement through collections<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Review, analyze, finalize, and submit invoices; resolve billing issues and discrepancies<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Manage client trust accounts, on-account billing, payment application, and unapplied funds<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Prepare monthly billing and collections forecasts based on attorney and client input<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Develop and deliver reporting to support matter management and profitability analysis<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Review and implement engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Partner with attorneys on A/R reviews and recommend collection approaches<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Identify process improvements, document best practices, and support departmental initiatives<br> 
&#9;
</ul>

<br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>3+ years of specialized billing, collections, or account management experience<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Experience performing complex accounting and financial analysis<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Professional services or law firm experience preferred<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Proven ability to work independently while delivering high-level client service<br> 
&#9;
