Role Overview
The Workplace Experience Agent plays a key role in delivering exceptional frontline support within their new Silicon Valley office. This onsite position ensures seamless operations, personalized service, and a welcoming environment, contributing directly to the firm’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to personnel and visitors, ensuring an exceptional onsite experience
- Manage and fulfill service requests via ServiceNow, conducting quality assurance checks
- Maintain and troubleshoot workstations and collaboration spaces, providing first-line technology support
- Prioritize, delegate, and manage daily client needs efficiently
- Act as a project manager for onsite initiatives and events, coordinating with internal teams
- Protect sensitive information in accordance with firm policies
- Support special projects and uphold service level agreements across the office
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or workplace support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in high-end hospitality, hotel, gym, or restaurant industries
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Proficiency with ServiceNow and MS Teams

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (plus bonus)
