Solution Architect, Digital Products Lead
Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Lead Solution Architect / Digital Products Lead to drive the design, architecture, and development of high-visibility digital initiatives. This individual will play a key role in defining and delivering modern, scalable platforms and tools that support business operations and future growth.
This role blends technical leadership, architecture ownership, and hands-on development, requiring someone comfortable setting strategy while actively contributing to execution across multiple digital efforts.
This is a primarily remote role; however, the selected candidate will be expected to visit the office a few times per quarter for collaboration, planning, and key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities

Assess the current technology landscape and define a modern, scalable architecture for digital platforms and tools

Select and standardize the technology stack, while establishing engineering standards and best practices

Lead end-to-end design and development efforts across multiple initiatives, including APIs, integrations, and core application components

Write and review production-quality code while overseeing and mentoring internal and external development resources

Collaborate closely with legal, business, and IT stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language

Ensure all solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, compliance, scalability, and performance

Guide technical decision-making throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through deployment and ongoing optimization

8+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture

Strong hands-on experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue

Proficiency across multiple programming languages including C#, Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript

Demonstrated expertise designing APIs, integrations, and microservices-based architectures

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
