Job Description

Day to day:
  • Act as the primary contact for supporting, maintaining, and advancing feature enhancements and important initiatives for the company's outward-facing websites
  • Formulate and refine content strategies for the websites.
  • Aid in the front-end development of existing pages and the crafting of new website templates, personalized microsites, and additional marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders within the company to gather and assess user needs, produce mockups and prototypes demonstrating functional improvements, and present recommendations.
  • Work closely with other team members in both Marketing and IT to identify issues, devise and implement new features or fixes, and create comprehensive tickets when required.
  • Keep informed about industry best practices and trends, offering advice on content or functional enhancements for the websites and other key digital assets.
  • Analyze and generate reports on website usage and trends using Google Analytics.
  • Make layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Provide support for SEO efforts, adhering to best practices and delivering reports.
  • Produce web graphics for website integration.
  • Develop clean, high-quality comps and visual elements for the web.
  • Some proficiency in PHP and HTML development is necessary.
About you:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining organizational websites, with a strong preference for Drupal Websites.
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
  • Familiarity with both Mac and PC environments, along with proficiency in software such as Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, Ceros, and Acrobat, is advantageous.
  • Preferably experienced with WordPress, Squarespace, and Drupal.
  • Demonstrated UI/UX skills with a track record of success.
  • Knowledgeable about wireframe tools.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) for website performance.
  • Familiarity with browser/server compatibility issues and principles of responsive mobile design.
