Job Description
Position Overview:
Support the management and administration of trademark portfolios, including U.S. and international filings. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of trademark applications with the USPTO.

Initiating and coordinating foreign filings with international agents.

Monitoring deadlines and maintaining up-to-date prosecution status reports.

Communicating with clients on application statuses and related updates.

Conducting online trademark searches and investigative tasks.

Preparing due diligence reports and organizing relevant documentation.

Managing and updating client files and docket systems.
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in trademark law or a comparable legal environment is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

High attention to detail and accuracy in following complex instructions.

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and accountability.

Excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed to meet client or business demands.
