Job Description
Open to any offices but targeting KC, Dallas, Chicago and St Louis
Trademark Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios, including conducting searches, drafting analysis reports, and estimating filing costs.
- Handle U.S. trademark prosecution filings, including applications, responses to office actions, and renewals.
- Coordinate TTAB proceedings, trademark assignments, and international filings with foreign associates.
- Assist with copyright applications, domain name registration, and IP due diligence.
- Monitor docket deadlines, correspond with clients, and maintain client files.
- Review watch notices and assist with special projects as needed.
- Proficiency in iManage Records Manager, CPi, Intapp Time, Chrome River, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with attorneys and work independently as well as part of a team.
