Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level response to phone, ticketing system, and email support requests; accurately log and document all interactions and escalate as needed.

Deliver application support for locally installed software and virtual desktop environments.

Deploy, configure, test, and maintain a wide range of hardware and peripherals including workstations, printers, scanners, mobile devices, A/V equipment, and secure access technologies.

Advise users on compatible technology purchases and setup.

Provide remote access assistance and support for hybrid and off-site work environments.

Set up and maintain AV systems for in-office and external events.
-
Assist with the upkeep of server rooms, network closets, and associated hardware; troubleshoot basic networking issues with guidance from IT leadership.

Manage IT asset lifecycle including inventory tracking, deployment, and retrieval.

Support personnel changes by facilitating equipment setup and relocation.

Deliver user orientation and conduct basic training on systems, software, and mobile tools in coordination with training resources.

Promote and enforce best practices in data and system security.

Follow organizational policies and procedures related to IT services and support.

Contribute to team success by maintaining strong working relationships and providing exceptional service.

Perform physical duties such as lifting equipment up to 50 pounds, moving devices, and regular walking to support onsite needs.

Flexibility to adjust working hours and travel locally when required.
Qualifications & Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows and Mac operating systems, and common enterprise tools such as document management systems, mobile device platforms (iOS/Android), time entry tools, and document comparison software.

Working knowledge of hardware components and security systems.

Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Strong sense of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Education & Experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
3+ years of IT support experience
-
Familiarity with enterprise-level applications and IT service delivery best practices.
