- Source and evaluate candidates for open positions, with a focus on technical talent in engineering, IT, sales, and corporate roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting and hiring process, including discussing open positions, reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, coordinating in-person interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from the application stage to new hire orientation.
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of talent acquisition experience OR 7 years of talent acquisition experience with an Associate Degree OR 9 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for engineering, IT, and corporate roles.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with managers and executives in their hiring process.
- Strong negotiation skills for processing offers and agreements.
- Proficiency in planning, designing, and administering talent acquisition practices across all divisions.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS systems.
- Initiative, analytical ability, excellent planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet key performance expectations.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Lotus Notes.
