We have multiple openings on all our teams and are seeking experienced agency recruiters at all levels.

Recruiter Responsibilities
  • Run a full desk which includes managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates, both existing and new
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Source, Screen, and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Manage the process from sourcing through offer stages.
  • Responsible for obtaining and chasing leads to prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate information in our database.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of Agency I.T. Recruitment Experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven.
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Proficient with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, & Social Media Networking
  • MUST Love Sales, Cold Calling, and building relationships.
  • Must be able to commute to our NYC office at least 4 days per week.
