Recruiter Responsibilities
- Run a full desk which includes managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates, both existing and new
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Source, Screen, and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Manage the process from sourcing through offer stages.
- Responsible for obtaining and chasing leads to prospect for new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate information in our database.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Agency I.T. Recruitment Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven.
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Proficient with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, & Social Media Networking
- MUST Love Sales, Cold Calling, and building relationships.
- Must be able to commute to our NYC office at least 4 days per week.
