Tax Administrative Assistant

Top global investment and technology development company seeks an administrative assistant to join its tax team.
The position will entail working closely with internal tax compliance professionals:
- facilitate the filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & use tax returns
- preparation of various legal tax documents (e.g. W-9/W-8/CRS) and the tracking and mailing of corporate and partnership tax returns
- scan, file, and receive/track tax documents
- Bachelor' s Degree required
- minimum 3 years' experience working with a variety of tax documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to navigate database systems
After graduating with an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Westchester Community College Dan wasn't sure exactly what he wanted to do. In February 2013 he decided to put his knack for connecting people with one another to work when he joined The Phoenix Group.
