Job Description
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join their team in NYC!
Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Director and Associate Development team to design and execute development programs, events, and initiatives for associates.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Director and Firm leadership, providing regular updates and feedback on ongoing programs and the associate experience.

Collaborate with teams within the LTO to develop and administer Firm-wide training and development programs.

Support junior associates with onboarding, integration, and acclimation to Firm culture and expectations.

Assist with the summer associate recruitment process and coordinate summer program activities.

Work cross-functionally with internal departments and stakeholders on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned within the LTO.

Adhere to Firm policies regarding the protection and confidentiality of Firm and client information, including reporting any security incidents or risks as required.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.

Minimum of five years’ experience in a law firm, financial institution, or similarly demanding professional services environment preferred.

Experience working directly with senior leaders and/or partners is highly desirable.
