Job Description


What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and developers to plan, coordinate, and deliver robust technology platforms.
  • Manage project strategies, milestones, and execution frameworks across multiple complex initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration outside of Systems to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Develop and refine program management processes to enhance efficiency and results.
  • Lead initiatives such as Linux OS migrations, cloud infrastructure build-outs, and other foundational technological upgrades.

Required Skills:
  • 7–10 years of experience leading technical programs in infrastructure or platform engineering.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to coordinate multiple, high-impact initiatives.
  • Technical background in computer science or a related field; understanding of multi-node architectures, HPC, and data centers is a plus.
  • Exposure to coding and scripting, along with experience working in Linux and cloud environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and influence stakeholders.
  • User-centered mindset with a passion for workflow optimization and developer engagement.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and migration strategies.
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud ecosystems and automation tools.
  • Previous involvement in large-scale OS migration projects.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success overseeing complex, multi-year technical programs in a fast-paced environment.
