Education & Experience
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of experience in systems management and product management, preferably within financial services.

Demonstrated ownership of core banking system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Strong background in business analysis, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
-
Proven experience managing vendors and complex technology initiatives.

Solid understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Technical Expertise
-
Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft 365 environments
-
Cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms
-
Network technologies (LAN/WAN, firewalls, communications hardware/software)
-
Data warehouse design and BI tools (Power BI or similar)
-
Core banking platforms (FIS IBS strongly preferred)

APIs and digital banking ecosystems
