Job Description


The Systems Engineer will be a vital part of the team managing the Firm's IT systems, services, and operations. This role involves analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining the IT systems infrastructure to enhance productivity across the Firm and reduce client disruptions. As a member of the Tier 3 Operations team, the Systems Engineer will help sustain a culture of exceptional client service and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:
  • Over 6 years of related IT experience, particularly in supporting critical IT infrastructure in a professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Citrix, and NetScaler.
  • Proven experience with the technologies used at the Firm, including Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP), Windows and Linux OS, Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM/MECM, Citrix, NetScaler, VMWare, PowerShell, Nutanix, Cohesity, HPE and APC hardware, Microsoft 365, Azure, MSSQL, and Ansible.
  • Expertise in virtualization, converged and hyperconverged technologies, and networking.
  • Experience with provisioning, configuration, and deployment automation is preferred.
