Job Description

Provide end-user IT support, including:
-
PC provisioning via Microsoft Intune
-
Hardware maintenance and internal component swaps
-
Software and network troubleshooting
-
Videoconferencing setup and support
-
-
Deliver user training on firm software and document scanning procedures
-
Manage IT assets and inventory
-
Coordinate technology needs for attorneys traveling internationally
-
Ensure compliance with firm technology and security policies
-
Perform system updates and occasional after-hours work
-
Assist with physical tasks such as server and equipment installation
-
5+ years of IT support experience (professional services environment preferred)
-
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in:
-
Microsoft Office and Windows OS
-
Legal tech tools such as iManage, Citrix, VPN, ChangePro, and others
-

Basic knowledge of phone system troubleshooting
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
-

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform light physical tasks
