Job Description

Our client in the rideshare space is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team in Long Island City, NY.

This person will be joining a team of 7 (Accountants, Controller, etc.). 50% of the time this person will be handling AP/AR operational work (credit card reimbursement, etc.) and the other 50% of the time this person will be doing analysis work (preparing and reconciling balance sheets, etc.). They use NetSuite as their ERP for accounting and have multiple software's and platforms for AR/AP over there. This person does not need to come in with that knowledge, they will do on the job training of all of the systems. This person will be handling millions of lines of data on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
-3+ years of accounting experience (Staff accountant)

-***Need advanced Excel skills - vlookups, pivot table options and formulas***
- Accounting Degree
-5+ years of overall experience

*This position is onsite in LIC 4 days a week*
