This position offers the opportunity to work with Azure cloud services, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) while helping shape the strategic direction of our software initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Software: Build robust, production-ready software solutions using Microsoft Azure-hosted tools, services, and resources—including Generative AI and LLM technologies.

System Integration: Connect applications to essential on-premises and cloud-based business systems and data sources, ensuring secure, seamless, and reliable end-to-end functionality.

Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in alignment with modern AI development best practices using widely adopted programming languages and frameworks.

Cloud Deployment & DevOps: Leverage Azure DevOps and cloud-native deployment practices to streamline development workflows, improve code quality, and enhance the developer experience.

Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and deliver custom software solutions that address real-world challenges.

Strategic Influence: Contribute to shaping the organization's long-term strategy for custom software development, including resource planning and technological direction.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks, identifying opportunities to implement them to drive innovation and efficiency.

Knowledge Sharing: Support team growth by documenting code, processes, and development guidelines to enhance maintainability and promote knowledge transfer.
Who You Are:

Experienced Cloud Developer: Proven ability to build and deploy secure, enterprise-grade applications in the cloud, ideally with experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

DevOps & Infrastructure Savvy: Hands-on experience with containerized development (e.g., Docker) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.

AI Enthusiast: Familiarity with developing applications using LLMs and Generative AI, including understanding key patterns, design principles, and best practices.

Skilled Programmer: Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript is essential. Additional experience with .NET, Python, or React is a plus.

Analytical & Collaborative: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Lifelong Learner: Enthusiastic about staying on top of the latest industry trends, tools, and development techniques.

Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. No legal industry experience required.
