Software Developer
Job Description
The Phoenix Group Advisors is conducting a search for a Software Developer role within a financial services organization.
This full-stack developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications supporting investment research, portfolio management, accounting, compliance, and investor relations functions. The role involves building scalable APIs, front-end interfaces, and database solutions to deliver secure, high-performance software components in a fast-paced investment management environment.

Develop and maintain C#/.NET 8+ Web APIs and Angular applications

Design and optimize SQL databases using Entity Framework or Dapper

Implement SOA architecture, signals, and real-time messaging with SignalR

Create reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI

Automate workflows and streamline deployment processes

Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Ensure application security, scalability, and performance standards

Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development

5+ years software development experience in enterprise environments

Proficiency with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET, Angular, SQL Server

Experience with Web API development, Entity Framework, Dapper

Knowledge of SOA, RESTful services, SignalR, reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI)

Familiarity with automated deployment, CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of investment management or financial services domain preferred

Certifications related to Microsoft development or cloud platforms a plus
