Job Description

Project Collaboration & Discovery
Work closely with departmental leaders, legal teams, and operational groups to gather and define project requirements. Partner with the development team to turn business objectives into actionable plans—creating process diagrams and solution maps to drive clarity and alignment.

Technology Planning & Architecture
Lead the evaluation and selection of new platforms and tools to integrate with existing systems. Provide guidance on solution design, ensuring consistency with strategic IT goals.

Implementation Oversight
Manage all phases of software rollouts from initial planning to delivery. Conduct needs assessments, produce wireframes and system diagrams, and facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout the process.

Solution Development & Integration
Create and configure tools, workflows, and databases to streamline business operations. Coordinate testing and implementation efforts with internal clients, offering demos and training as needed.

Internal Enablement & Adoption
Serve as a technology champion—educating staff on available tools, encouraging adoption, and exploring emerging technologies for continuous improvement.

Documentation & Support
Ensure technical assets are well-documented, including workflows, support procedures, and source code repositories, using platforms such as Confluence.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science) with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Legal industry background is a plus.

Strong experience leading multi-phase projects with limited structure and high complexity.

Knowledge of business systems analysis, development cycles, and solution design best practices.

Technical proficiency in enterprise platforms and data integration.

Comfortable with querying and managing data using SQL, including stored procedures and user-defined functions.

Capable of learning and administering new applications, including user support, training, and configuration.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred: Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).

Additional tools beneficial: PowerShell, REST APIs, JSON, HTML/CSS.
