The ServiceNow Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and industry best practices. The role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom application development, to deliver high-quality solutions that support organizational needs.

The ServiceNow Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and industry best practices. The role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom application development, to deliver high-quality solutions that support organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow platform components, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, and UI customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and manage ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management within ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, MID servers, and other integration tools.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and security by implementing best practices and conducting regular system audits.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective platform utilization.
- Perform upgrades and patch management to keep the platform up-to-date and secure.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize system downtime.
