Senior Systems Analyst
Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to drive major digital initiatives that shape how our customers interact with our platforms. You’ll be the go-to technical lead ensuring our websites, mobile apps, AI tools, and other systems integrate flawlessly, scale effectively, and deliver best-in-class user experiences.
In this role, you’ll:

Lead software integration efforts and define technical solutions in partnership with business teams.

Work across API call chains, cloud platforms (AWS), SQL/NoSQL databases, and data lakes (Snowflake).

Collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure to design secure, scalable systems.

Troubleshoot complex issues under pressure and keep projects on track.

Stay ahead of emerging tech and apply best-practice security standards (including OWASP Top 10).

What you bring:

6+ years in a systems or programmer analyst role.

Strong integration experience with SQL, NoSQL, APIs, and web applications.

Knowledge of ETL, OLAP vs. OLTP, and cloud/on-prem environments.

Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
