Job Description
What You'll Bring:
- Outstanding academic background, including a technical degree from a top-tier university
- Proven success in developing quantitative models, particularly in transaction cost analysis and high-frequency trading
- Strong proficiency with numerical and statistical tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, or similar
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills paired with clear, effective communication
- Hands-on experience collaborating within fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with machine learning techniques and artificial intelligence applications in trading
- Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and trading infrastructure
- Familiarity with cloud-based data processing and storage solutions
- Programming expertise in C++, SQL, or other relevant languages
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative research, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, or investment banks
