The Phoenix Group Advisors is seeking a Senior Principal Recruiter to join our Professional Services practice. This is a senior, full-cycle agency recruiting role for an experienced recruiter who can lead searches, build trusted client and candidate relationships, and consistently deliver results.
You will recruit professionals across Business Operations and Office Support, Legal and Law Firm Support, Human Resources, and Finance and Accounting.

The Phoenix Group Advisors is seeking a Senior Principal Recruiter to join our Professional Services practice. This is a senior, full-cycle agency recruiting role for an experienced recruiter who can lead searches, build trusted client and candidate relationships, and consistently deliver results.
You will recruit professionals across Business Operations and Office Support, Legal and Law Firm Support, Human Resources, and Finance and Accounting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting process from intake through placement
- Lead searches and advise clients on hiring strategy, compensation, and talent availability
- Build targeted candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates against position requirements
- Present curated shortlists with clear written candidate assessments
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback, offers, counteroffers, and start dates
- Build and expand relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify new search opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Maintain accurate candidate, client, and activity records in Bullhorn
- Consistently meet individual recruiting activity, placement, and revenue goals
- Share market knowledge and provide guidance to less-experienced team members
- Five or more years of agency recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within at least one of the following areas: administrative and office support, legal, human resources, or finance and accounting
- Demonstrated success producing placements and revenue
- Experience managing direct-hire, contract, or contract-to-hire searches
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to advise clients and assess candidates with sound judgment
- Strong communication, organization, urgency, and follow-through
- A consultative, quality-focused approach to recruiting
- Business development experience or established client relationships is strongly preferred
