What You’ll Do
Database Leadership & Oversight

  • Lead the structure, maintenance, and security of firmwide databases.

  • Ensure data accuracy through regular auditing, cleansing, and validation processes.

  • Develop and enforce protocols for data input and governance.

CRM & Data Strategy Development

  • Shape and execute strategies for CRM utilization and integration.

  • Work cross-functionally to align the CRM with broader business objectives and marketing efforts.

  • Manage integrations with other systems to optimize data flow and usability.

Data Collection & Reporting

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources, including surveys and feedback tools.

  • Transform raw data into digestible insights and actionable reports.

  • Support leadership with data that informs marketing campaigns and business growth strategies.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Build and implement systems for ongoing data validation and quality control.

  • Ensure data practices align with legal and industry compliance standards, including data privacy protocols.

  • Support the creation of data retention schedules and governance procedures.

Team Collaboration & Technical Guidance

  • Partner with marketing, IT, and business development teams to deliver integrated data solutions.

  • Provide best practices and training to team members around CRM tools and data usage.

  • Act as a go-to resource for database troubleshooting and optimization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, marketing technology, or a related field.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working with data systems, CRM platforms, or marketing technology tools.

  • Hands-on experience implementing data enrichment and cleansing tools.

  • Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear insights.
