Job Description
- Proficient hands-on experience with Microsoft server OS technologies, including Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022.
- Administration familiarity with VMware virtualization environments across various sites is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Office 365.
- Proficiency in implementing and transitioning to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Active Directory, covering Group Policies, PowerShell scripting, ACL management, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, encompassing PaaS, IaaS, and workload migrations.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and WhatsUpGold.
- Experience with MFA technologies like RSA and Microsoft Authenticator.
- Preferred administration expertise with Veeam Backup.
- Support for AS400 infrastructure from a technical standpoint, acting as a liaison with the AS400 vendor Connectria. Previous AS400 experience not mandatory.
- Experience working with Auditing Tools like Varonis and Quest.
- Proven ability to research, suggest, and implement additional systems for enhanced performance and stability.
- Adherence to ITIL service management principles and corporate policies.
- Participation in an escalation team.
- Effective communication with management, peers, and office administrators, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in documentation and Visio Diagram creation.
- Conducting research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards to support ongoing and future projects.
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures related to infrastructure management.
- Informing and training operations staff on their data center operational responsibilities.
- Recommending, scheduling, and coordinating installations of fixes, security patches, and other measures during business disruptions.
- Dedication to managing, supporting, and troubleshooting activities within a large, complex, and widely distributed environment as part of the infrastructure team.
