Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, executive-level user support to financial services clients both on-site and remotely.
- Foster trust and rapport with clients.
- Champion the adoption of cutting-edge cloud technologies.
- Monitor and maintain modern cloud systems and infrastructure, including Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Cisco Meraki.
- Design, implement, document, and upkeep clients' infrastructure, applications, and system management tools.
- Assist in maintaining clients' cybersecurity, cloud, and high availability strategies.
- Translate complex technical solutions for end-users and decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assets, configurations, passwords, processes, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to devise optimal solutions for clients.
- Demonstrate willingness to assist other team members.
- Commit to ongoing learning and professional growth.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of recent end-user technical support experience, with a focus on executive-level users.
- Extensive expertise in macOS and Windows Desktop environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Experience in implementing and supporting networks, including switches, firewalls, and TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices, encompassing next-generation antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP solutions, disk encryption, SSO, and MFA.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting and perform under pressure.
- Availability for daily on-site presence (Monday-Friday).
- On-call availability once per quarter for a week.
- Education: High school diploma.
2+ years of experience in financial services.
Salary Range:
$80,000-110,000 + Bonus
