Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Implementation: Design and deploy digital workplace solutions that improve user engagement, streamline operations, and align with business objectives. Manage enterprise collaboration platforms, cloud services, and endpoint technologies.

User-Centric Innovation: Develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall user experience with IT services. Utilize emerging technologies, such as AI-driven workplace tools, to drive efficiency.

System Administration: Oversee the configuration, management, and security of endpoint devices. Maintain optimal performance through proactive monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting.

Technical Leadership & Support: Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, driving automation and efficiency improvements. Optimize Windows environments, streamline provisioning, and support enterprise-wide M365 deployments.

Security & Compliance: Ensure endpoint systems meet security standards and regulatory requirements by implementing robust policies and controls.

Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights to improve digital workplace solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business needs. Educate teams on modern workplace tools and advocate for innovative solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in M365, automation, and digital workplace technologies to drive strategic improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in IT, with expertise in endpoint management, enterprise collaboration tools, and digital workplace technologies.

Strong knowledge of M365, Intune, Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Citrix, VMWare, and AI-powered productivity tools.

Experience in scripting, automation, and modern workstation management techniques.

Familiarity with Azure cloud services and virtual desktop environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Industry certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or related technologies.

Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and AI-driven solutions like Copilot.
