- Must have hands-on experience with Aderant Financial System
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Systems Administration
- Strong background in data management and analysis
- Proficiency with Power BI Analysis Services
- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL, SSRS, and SQL Queries is essential
- Familiarity with Sequel Viewpoint Systems is an added advantage
- Experience working with mid to large-sized law firms is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, and Macro development and debugging
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables
- Experience leading the transition, integration, and implementation of legal e-billing platforms is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience (7+ years)
- Manage and report on financial systems using Aderant Database & Software
- Develop and maintain processes for reporting to support various firm departments
- Gain in-depth understanding of the firm’s operational databases
- Utilize Power BI Analysis Services for data visualization and reporting
- Perform initial data analysis and refinement
- Collaborate with multiple departments and teams effectively
- Address and respond to ad hoc data requests
- Analyze, reverse engineer, and document legacy scripts and macros
