We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to help advance a modern, cloud-first security program supporting highly data-driven and mission-critical systems. This role sits within the broader security function and plays a hands-on role in strengthening how platforms, applications, and data are protected across a rapidly evolving technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement secure cloud designs aligned with recognized standards and best practices

Evaluate emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and tooling, translating insights into actionable improvements

Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams to embed security into day-to-day workflows

Contribute to a collaborative security team responsible for protecting cloud services, applications, and data

Create and maintain security guidance, runbooks, and enablement materials for engineering teams
Qualifications & Experience

Advanced security certifications or equivalent hands-on experience (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, or similar)

Extensive experience securing public cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP

Strong familiarity with cloud security posture and workload protection platforms

Experience integrating security into development pipelines (SAST, DAST, CI/CD security, software composition analysis, etc.)

Solid understanding of core security domains such as IAM, encryption, network security, vulnerability management, and incident response

Ability to automate and codify security using scripting or infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Python, Terraform, policy-as-code frameworks)
