Position Title: Healthcare Marketing Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the Health Care marketing team, including the Department Marketing Manager, Department Chairs, Practice Group leaders, and other firm Marketing Managers and Coordinators, to execute day-to-day marketing and business development functions, emphasizing our brand proposition across all markets.

Collaborate with Department and Practice Group leadership, alongside the Department Marketing Manager, to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for select Practice Groups within the Department.

Research, coordinate, and execute relevant events, sponsorships, and webinars aligned with departmental objectives.

Partner with the Public Relations and Communications Manager to promote awareness of departmental practices, news, events, new hires, and media opportunities.

Actively participate in Marketing Team activities, including retreats, meetings, and coordination of processes and strategies for the Department and the Firm.

Support the execution of business development initiatives, programs, events, and activities for the Department and its Practice Groups, collaborating with leadership to determine budgets, targets, and strategic responses to RFPs and pitches.

Develop and enhance marketing materials for client pitches, RFPs, external branding, website content, strategic surveys, and submissions.

Engage in strategic marketing discussions to deliver targeted business objectives for the Department and its Practice Groups.

Facilitate collaborative conversations among lawyers to foster connections across departments.

Maintain accurate and updated Practice Group data, statistics, and accolades.

Assist in identifying client service opportunities and prepare for business development meetings and presentations.

Conduct market research and gather industry information relevant to the Department and its Practice Groups.

Monitor the legal market and key industries impacting the Department and its Practice Groups.

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams as needed for project completion.

Support responses to surveys and submissions for the Department and its Practice Groups.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Legal (Am Law preferred) or other Professional Services industry.
- Experience in legal marketing, with a focus on M&A and Health Care preferred.
- Strong project management skills and ability to recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with executives and handle dynamic requests.
