Description
Responsible for assisting on projects involving significant acquisitions, divestitures, or joint ventures specifically data/systems integrations and post integration support. Lead and/or assist with data integration project deliverables such as project initiation requests, business/technical requirements, use cases, and specifications to develop sustainable data integration solutions. Partner with sales teams to identify/communicate project priorities and documenting business specifications for the broader team. Serves as liaison between functional IT and business resources to develop and execute plans to meet project deliverables.

Essential Duties
  • Meets and works with stakeholders for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures to clearly define and document business process requirements for systems/data integration.
  • Serve as a liaison between business partners and IT to provide technical solutions to meet user needs and maintain established business relationships, particularly Sales.
  • Creates and executes data work flows in tandem with the broader integrations team to smoothly integrate new acquisitions into the core system. 
  • Create documentation of new and existing processes in support of operational efficiency efforts
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree Desired (Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or Accounting)
Experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in information technology solutions including financial, sales and operational business applications, as well as underlying technologies
  • 5+ years in integration analyst or systems analyst role
  • Experience negotiating and managing priorities across multiple teams
  • Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture relationships
  • Strong experience with data integration concepts, database systems and SQL programming
  • Significant experience in project management including planning, forecasting, status reporting, and issue resolution
  • 3-5 years of Rental Industry experience preferred

  • Strong organization skills including the ability to align and drive cross functional teams in support of technology projects
  • Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast paced team environment
  • Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, handle time constraints and manage shifting priorities
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex application integration issues
Working Conditions
Remote; 20-30% (air and car) travel required.
