Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated marketing and technology campaigns to support client acquisition, retention, and brand growth.

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications using Microsoft platforms, including Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.

  • Leverage Azure AI capabilities (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics) to create intelligent, data-driven solutions.

  • Build and integrate AI-driven enhancements into existing business processes to boost operational efficiency.

  • Develop and optimize cloud-native applications within Azure Foundry, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and the Innovation Team on AI and automation R&D initiatives.

  • Implement custom Copilot and Copilot Studio workflows to automate tasks and enhance productivity.

  • Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents) to design and deliver intelligent process automations.

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

  • Develop custom Microsoft 365 extensions and add-ins using C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, and Microsoft Graph API.

  • Ensure applications meet high standards for security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

  • Follow DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated testing frameworks.

  • Proactively monitor and maintain applications to ensure performance and security.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, implementing necessary fixes and improvements.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in the Microsoft and AI ecosystems.

  • Engage in continuous learning through professional development activities such as seminars, conferences, and technical publications.

  • Collaborate with team members at all levels and contribute to firm-wide innovation projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI, automation, or cloud-based solutions.

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft’s AI and cloud technologies, including:

  • Azure AI services (OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Bot Services, ML)

  • Copilot Studio for custom AI assistant development

  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents)

  • Microsoft Graph API for M365 integrations

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PowerShell.

  • Solid understanding of AI/ML principles, including natural language processing (NLP), chatbot development, and model integration.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 development, including Teams apps, SharePoint integration, and Office Add-ins.

  • Strong grasp of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and infrastructure automation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.

  • Demonstrated success working as part of a collaborative development team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies.
