What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
  • Collaborate with diverse internal teams and external partners to maintain and enhance the firm’s comprehensive information security program, with a focus on AI security architecture.
  • Lead efforts to develop, refine, and implement AI-specific security policies, ensuring secure design patterns for emerging AI agents and models.
  • Act as the primary trusted advisor on AI security initiatives, bridging technical security expertise with strategic business objectives.
  • Conduct security reviews, assessments, and risk mitigation strategies for new and existing AI and technology systems across the enterprise.
  • Design, develop, and deploy innovative security tools and solutions to strengthen internal defenses and operational response capabilities.

Required Skills:
  • At least 10 years of experience in security, infrastructure, or site reliability engineering roles, with demonstrated success in implementing real-world security measures.
  • Deep understanding of core security protocols, including TLS, OIDC, FIDO2, cryptography, access controls, and application security standards such as OWASP Top 10.
  • Strong interest in expanding expertise into AI security, security architecture for large language models (LLMs), and emerging AI safety topics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex security concepts to both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Proven leadership in making risk-based decisions, managing ambiguity, and promoting security best practices that enable business innovation and growth.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with AI-specific security frameworks, model risk management, or AI development security lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with cloud security platforms and tools relevant to enterprise AI deployments.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or related credentials.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards related to data privacy, security, and AI applications.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related discipline.
  • Extensive professional experience, especially with AI, machine learning security, or large-scale enterprise security projects.

  • Commitment to staying current with evolving security trends, particularly in AI security and technological innovation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
