At least 3-4 years of solid sales experience closing deals.
What we are looking for are:
- A rock star salesperson, who knows how to take our warm leads and convert
- They must have some type of technology background, and understand technology. We’ re not looking for an engineer, but they do need to know things like what a router is, what cloud services are, and especially – what managed services are as this is our core competency.
Some other things they will need:
- Although you will be self-managing (at least initially), must be able to work in a team environment. The sales team and marketing team need to be constantly collaborating to come up with new ideas to drive more, bigger and better leads that lead to a higher conversion rate.
- One of the things xxxx has been tasked with is selecting a new CRM / marketing platform. Must have extensive experience (as any salesperson should) working with a CRM, and being able to utilize it in a way that allows the marketing team to gather data for remarketing and reporting purposes (tagging leads, tracking all activities, etc).
