Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Review & Analytics Director ("R&A Director") to drive growth and enhance our competitive advantage in managed review and analytics, supporting our eDiscovery, information governance, data privacy, and related data services. This strategic role demands technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to build and manage client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

The R&A Director will provide guidance on strategic and tactical aspects of data collection, processing, document review, and production workflows. They will leverage advanced platforms such as Relativity and other hosting tools to ensure efficient data validation and database management for complex litigation matters. Additionally, the R&A Director will present strategic solutions to clients at the executive level, build and maintain client relationships, and oversee project implementation.

This leadership role includes supervising non-legal staff and ensuring all work aligns with professional and ethical standards. The R&A Director will identify client needs, deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations, and lead the technical (non-legal) aspects of Review & Analytics engagements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the growth of managed review and analytics services by developing and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Client Management: Cultivate and manage high-level client relationships, providing strategic guidance on data collection, processing, and review workflows.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced platforms such as Relativity and Brainspace to develop document review workflows, manage data validation, and oversee database management for complex litigation matters.
  • Quality Assurance: Design and implement processes to ensure superior quality control in review and production workflows.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise non-lawyer staff, including remote teams, ensuring alignment with professional standards and organizational values.
  • Project Oversight: Structure and manage complex initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Strategic Solutions: Develop and present innovative solutions to clients, positioning the organization as a leader in the industry.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proven expertise in managing data collection, processing, and review workflows.
  • Advanced experience with Relativity, Brainspace, and other eDiscovery platforms.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a focus on strategic execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the impact of data processing and review decisions effectively.
  • Exceptional client management and facilitation abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business operations and management best practices.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and empowering team environment.
  • Technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in eDiscovery Review Management and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading diverse teams, including remote workforce management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.


Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 10 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity for reaching, grasping, and using a keyboard.
  • Visual acuity to examine and inspect materials and distinguish colors.
  • Ability to work remotely, with occasional in-office requirements.
