Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the daily functions of the revenue team, driving operational efficiency and workflow optimization.

Lead a team of seven, including two Senior Billing Leads, three Accounts Receivable Specialists, and two Collections Specialists.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the Operations and Accounts Payable teams to gather all necessary data for accurate invoice generation.

Review and validate invoice data prior to submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with deadlines.

Maintain ongoing communication with partners, providing billing updates and resolving inquiries or concerns promptly.

Act as a liaison between Account Management, Business Compliance, Customer Service, Operations, and other internal departments to support revenue processes.

Oversee customer margin reporting and ensure accurate monthly accruals.

Conduct margin analysis to identify low-margin accounts and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Enhance the issue escalation process for faster, more effective resolution of concerns.

Lead and manage cash collection reporting; provide guidance to the team and engage directly with customers when necessary to ensure timely payments.

Support team development through training, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.

Promote a collaborative, motivated, and results-oriented team environment.

Improve productivity by identifying automation opportunities, reducing redundancies, and streamlining data management processes.

Partner with IT to enhance revenue-related systems and optimize overall process efficiency.

Perform ad hoc reconciliations and generate reports as needed.

Ensure all processes adhere to GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.

5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs.
