Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Regional IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance and ensure a seamless user experience across the office technology. This role follows established IT policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site and remote IT support, ensuring a stable and efficient end-user experience.
- Resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT equipment across designated offices.
- Assist with office setups, relocations, and technology upgrades.
- Actively contribute to process improvements and share feedback on system performance.
- Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of law firm applications, including Microsoft Office and NetDocuments.
- Solid understanding of local area networking, with proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting network printers, MFPs, and copiers.
- Experience supporting iOS devices; knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms is a plus.
- Proven ability to provide end-user support and basic technical training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or IT preferred.
