Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Deliver responsive technical support in person and remotely to maintain a reliable user experience.

Manage and resolve service tickets within established timelines.

Track and maintain office IT equipment and inventory.

Assist with office technology setups, relocations, and upgrades.

Provide input on process improvements and contribute to the implementation of new practices.

Configure, install, and support computer hardware and related peripherals.

Travel up to 30% as needed.

Work a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility for additional days depending on demand.
Qualifications

3+ years of relevant IT support experience.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and legal-industry software such as NetDocuments.

Solid understanding of local area networking, with hardware and software troubleshooting skills.

Experience resolving issues with printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.

Familiarity with mobile device support, especially iOS; MDM platform experience is a plus.

Proven ability to provide effective end-user support and basic training.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
