Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Records Clerk to join their team in Irvine, CA!

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain both physical and electronic legal records.

Manage the daily scanning, uploading, indexing, and retrieval of legal documents.

Perform electronic filings and ensure all documents are accurately named and categorized within the document management system.

Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support teams to process file and document requests promptly.

Support file audits, archiving efforts, and records retention initiatives.
Qualifications:

Previous experience handling legal records; law firm background is a plus.

Proficient in using iManage or comparable document management platforms.

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Skilled in electronic filing within a paperless legal environment.
