NYC company seeks an intelligent, articulate, proactive, and resourceful individual to join its reception team. WHAT YOU’ LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: Primary responsibilities will include handling general receptionist tasks, providing administrative support, and serving as a liaison with both internal and external parties. WHO WE’ RE LOOKING FOR: • Ideal prospects will have at least two to four years of relevant experience and should excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously in both an independent and collaborative nature. The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must. • A bachelor’ s degree is required, as are exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) is a decided plus. • Experience in reception or other customer service roles is preferred but not required. • Individuals with serious outside interests (such as aspiring artists) are strongly encouraged to apply, as this role provides competitive compensation and generous benefits in addition to consistent work hours.
