Job Description
- To meet, greet and direct internal clients and external clients as required
- To present and deliver a polished service to clients at all times
- To ensure the efficient booking and utilization of the conference rooms
- To ensure that calls to the switchboard are answered and directed in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
- To take concise and accurate messages on behalf of internal/external clients and ensure that they are passed on promptly and clearly
- To assist clients with other business services as required; scanning, faxing, photo copying and travel arrangements including taxi bookings and hotel reservations
- To ensure maintenance issues are promptly communicated to the relevant department
- To closely liaise with other support departments to ensure a seamless service is given at all times
- Assists with other duties and special projects, as assigned
