Job Description / Responsibilities:
Pre-Closing Duties

Manage transaction checklists and participate in status update calls

Coordinate with clients and title companies to ensure timely delivery of required closing documents

Prepare signature packages and finalize closing documents in advance of scheduled closings

Review signed documents for accuracy and distribute them to relevant parties
Post-Closing Duties

Compile transaction closing binders according to client-specific requirements
-
Communicate with title/escrow companies, lenders, and other stakeholders for post-closing follow-up

Prepare and send electronic links for closing binders and large document files to clients

Provide ongoing support to attorneys and clients during and after transactions
Requirements
-
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work professionally across all levels of an organization

Prior experience in a law firm, title company, or escrow office is preferred

Excellent phone etiquette and a client-focused approach are essential
