Job Description

  • Proactively manage user roles within the corporate QuickBooks environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to QuickBooks application.
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams for quarterly audit material collection.
  • Perform installation of QuickBooks application patches as per schedule.
  • Install and provide support for third-party applications compatible with QuickBooks.
  • Execute QuickBooks version upgrades when necessary.
  • Facilitate migration of locally installed QuickBooks company files to the corporate setup.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and IT teams for project implementations.
  • Support other business applications like Workday ERP, EPM, Concur, Avalara, and Visual Lease as required.
  • Work with subject matter experts to enhance operational functionality.
  • Design and configure applications to implement new processes within project timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into IT deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT solutions' effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support the execution of Enterprise Application roadmaps using agile methodologies.
  • Gather business requirements through various techniques and shape them into technical requirements.
  • Prioritize requirements in collaboration with accounting and finance teams.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline business processes.

  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11, including Windows Virtual Desktops.
  • Skilled in installing, updating, and troubleshooting Windows-based applications.
  • Preferably experienced in installing and supporting QuickBooks in local and shared server environments.
  • Experience with Rynoh Live is a bonus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues directly with end users using remote access tools.
  • Familiarity with Workday Financials and other finance/accounting applications, ERP, and EPM is advantageous.
  • Quick learner of new technology and business applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
