We are a well-established professional services organization with a strong reputation for providing expert advisory and operational support to privately held businesses. We deliver a wide range of services, from financial and operational consulting to technology-driven process improvements, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and measurable impact.

The IT Project Manager will lead and oversee complex internal technology initiatives that support business goals. • Act as liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business needs.

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.

  • Promote standardization and process improvement by creating reusable templates and documentation.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to stakeholders on project management best practices and effective use of project tools.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • PMP certification required.

  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience in multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects, including technology adoption and automation initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Proficiency with Wrike or similar project management software.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience collaborating with vendors, leading enterprise software/tool implementations, and evaluating technology solutions.

  • Proven ability to create clear documentation and implement process improvements.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a desire to take on increasing responsibility and drive results.

Why Join Us:
This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, where you can lead change, introduce innovative ideas, and play a central role in advancing internal IT initiatives.
