Job Description


What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
  • Lead end-to-end development of technology products that enhance investment activities, partnering with investment and operations teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Translate feedback into clear product roadmaps, defining structure through data modeling, workflows, and business process mapping.
  • Design and build innovative features leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to streamline and improve investment processes.
  • Oversee product delivery from initial prototypes to stable, scalable solutions, contributing code when necessary during early stages or proofs of concept.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong academic or professional record.
  • 2+ years of experience in product development with engineering teams.
  • At least 1 year of experience focused on workflow products that optimize operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to ship end-to-end products with a full-stack understanding (APIs, databases, UI development).
  • Hands-on experience building and integrating LLM-powered systems into production environments.
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks and translating AI capabilities into practical product features.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Startup experience or exposure to venture/vertical-specific products.
  • Knowledge of private equity or financial investment workflows.
  • Additional certifications or experience in AI/ML development.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering impactful technical products.
