The Phoenix Group Advisors is seeking a Principal Recruiter to join our Professional Services practice. This is a full-cycle agency recruiting role for someone who can manage searches, build strong candidate relationships, and deliver consistent results.
You will recruit professionals across Business Operations and Office Support, Legal and Law Firm Support, Human Resources, and Finance and Accounting.

The Phoenix Group Advisors is seeking a Principal Recruiter to join our Professional Services practice. This is a full-cycle agency recruiting role for someone who can manage searches, build strong candidate relationships, and deliver consistent results.
You will recruit professionals across Business Operations and Office Support, Legal and Law Firm Support, Human Resources, and Finance and Accounting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process from intake through placement
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates against position requirements
- Present qualified candidates with clear written assessments
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback, offers, and start dates
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate and activity records in Bullhorn
- Meet individual recruiting activity, placement, and revenue goals
- Support business development and account growth
- Two to three years of agency recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within at least one of the following areas: administrative and office support, legal, human resources, or finance and accounting
- Experience recruiting for direct-hire, contract, or contract-to-hire positions
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand client needs and assess candidate qualifications
- Strong communication, organization, urgency, and follow-through
- A consultative, quality-focused approach to recruiting
- Business development experience is a plus
