Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Principal Recruiter for a true full desk role onsite in Midtown Manhattan. This position combines recruiting, sales, and business development. It is built for recruiters with recent staffing agency experience who want ownership, stability, and strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a full desk. Recruiting, sales, and business development
• Build and grow client relationships through outbound business development
• Run full lifecycle recruiting using Bullhorn ATS
• Work roles across IT, Legal, Administrative, and or Accounting & Finance
• Place candidates on Direct Hire and Consulting searches
• Own results from intake through placement
Required Qualifications:
• 2 to 5 years of recent staffing agency experience
• Must have recent full desk or 360 recruiting experience
• Bullhorn ATS experience preferred
• Experience in at least one vertical. IT, Legal, Administrative, Accounting & Finance
• Ability to work onsite in Midtown NYC
• Strong communication, organization, and follow through

• Base salary plus commission. No draw
