Job Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities:

Act as a primary liaison between clients, external counsel, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closings.

Support attorneys throughout all phases of finance transactions, from initial preparation through closing.

Review title commitments and analyze associated exception documents.

Conduct detailed evaluations of property surveys.

Perform comprehensive due diligence, including ordering and reviewing necessary searches.

Request and analyze zoning reports to ensure compliance.

Review and interpret REA (Reciprocal Easement Agreements) documents and estoppel certificates.
Qualifications:
-
Currently employed as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a law firm environment.

1–2 years of relevant experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.

Prior experience with commercial real estate transactions is required.

Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

College degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
