Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
Seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least two years of experience to join the Child Victims Act (CVA) team. Candidates with a background in negligence or personal injury cases are preferred. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and a collaborative team player with strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. Attention to detail is essential, and familiarity with reviewing medical records is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact for client communication

Draft and respond to discovery requests and authorizations

Obtain and manage medical records

Handle court filings and related documentation

Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Paralegal certification
