Job Description


What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
  • Design, develop, and refine automated options trading systems that are latency-sensitive and scalable.
  • Take ownership of system performance, ensuring low latency, high reliability, and optimal efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape trading strategies and technical solutions.
  • Continuously optimize infrastructure to support high-frequency trading environments and performance demands.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience developing low-latency, performance-sensitive software, preferably in trading or financial technology.
  • Proficiency in C++ and/or Java.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, algorithms, and concurrency.
  • Experience working on complex, performance-critical systems.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of U.S. options markets or financial instruments.
  • Project management or leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud computing, or high-performance computing environments.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining live trading systems or similar high-frequency, real-time projects.
